我們很榮幸地邀請到林鑫保副院長擔任此次設計創新暨應用學術研討會的主題演講者。

林鑫保副院長現任台灣設計研究院副院長，亦為世界設計組織（WDO）2023-2025年任期之理事與財務長，長年深耕台灣設計的國際推廣與策略發展。

林副院長曾任台灣創意設計中心副執行長、台灣設計聯盟副理事長，並策劃多項重要設計與城市博覽會，包括：2023世界客家博覽會台灣館總策展人、2022台北城市博覽會總策展人、2018新竹300博覽會總策展人、2017基隆產業博覽會總策展人，以及2016台北世界設計之都與2011台北世界設計大會之國際計畫協同主持人。

同時，林副院長經常受邀擔任國內外設計獎項評審、國際論壇講者，並擔任政府重大計畫審議及諮詢委員，推動台灣設計國際化工作已超過二十年。他目前負責國家設計政策研擬、企業設計創新輔導與培力，以及「Design in Taiwan」國家設計品牌的國際推動，致力於打造台灣設計生態系，用設計改變台灣、並讓世界看見台灣。

林副院長畢業於大同大學工業設計系，並獲美國辛辛那提大學設計管理碩士，亦為大同大學工業設計系傑出校友。

We are honored to have Vice President Shin-Pao Lin as the keynote speaker for the 15th Academic Conference of Innovation and Application on Design.

Vice President Lin currently serves as the Vice President of the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI) and is a Board Member and Treasurer (2023–2025) of the World Design Organization (WDO). For more than two decades, he has been a key driving force in promoting Taiwan’s design policy and advancing the internationalization of Taiwan’s design.

Previously, he served as Deputy CEO of the Taiwan Design Center and Vice Chairman of the Taiwan Design Alliance. He has curated numerous landmark exhibitions, including the Taiwan Pavilion of the 2023 World Hakka Expo, the 2022 Taipei Expo, the 2018 Hsinchu 300 Expo, and the 2017 Keelung Industrial Expo, as well as co-hosting international programs for the 2016 Taipei World Design Capital and the 2011 Taipei International Design Alliance Congress and Exhibition.

Vice President Lin is frequently invited to serve as a jury member for design awards, keynote speaker at international forums, and advisor for major government projects. He currently leads national design policy development, supports enterprise innovation and capacity building, and spearheads the global promotion of the national design brand “Design in Taiwan (DIT).” He is committed to strengthening Taiwan’s design ecosystem, enhancing Taiwan’s international influence, and using design as a force to transform Taiwan and make it visible to the world.

Vice President Lin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Tatung University and a Master’s degree in Design Management from the University of Cincinnati, USA. He is also recognized as a distinguished alumnus of Tatung University.
